Reborn Kids Education Academy (RKEA) is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World candidate school. At RKEA, we provide an English-medium education in which English is the primary language of instruction in addition to the host language. We believe that critical thinking, being good communicators and having a strong command of language enable learners to interact with, and thus understand and accept, various cultures and become true global citizens. Every student matters. Every student is unique in his/her interests and learning style in acquiring knowledge.
RKEA aims to develop independent, life-long inquirers and instills confidence, respect, and tolerance in its learners which encourages international-mindedness in the community. The school, consisting of a nursery school and a kindergarten, has an underlying educational philosophy which is stated as follows: To create an educational environment which respects all religious beliefs, fosters integrity, decency, courage, and allows each student to
flourish, prosper and ultimately realize their full potential and ability as leaders. These students are the future. We seek to achieve our goals to nurture a generation that is aware of the value of education. At RKEA, all teachers teach the IB language program in a meaningful context of the units of inquiry, which are built on the learners’ previous experience, knowledge and interests. Balanced teaching techniques are applied across the different learning styles. Receptive and expressive skills are taught to develop confident, inquisitive, highly proficient and enthusiastic readers, writers, viewers, presenters, speakers and listeners.
The creation of an intellectually passionate generation with exceptional moral standards and an abundance of knowledge, good citizens – national and global, who are immersed in society and adaptive to trends and changes and who are able to utilize their capabilities to the utmost.
